- Over 25 years of relevant work experience estimating construction projects for paint contractors across the US, Canada and England.
- All we do is estimate commercial, industrial and residential projects for paint contractors. We bid no other trades or scopes of work.
- Work is completed in the United States and working out of the same location in Scottsdale, AZ for the past 17 years.
- All plan sets are broken up into individual plan sheets so I can populate the floor plan, rcp, room finish schedule and materials legend on separate monitors.
- Applicable specifications for interior paint, exterior paint, water repellents, etc are separated and sent you for review and materials pricing
- All completed projects include a scope of work, listed inclusion’s and exclusions and a conference call.
- We send a link were you can load the entire job file that will include plans, specs, alternates and quantities in separate folders.
- Turnkey estimating service on a per project basis – We estimate your project, write your proposal. Request a list of all general contractors bidding. Submit your proposal and request bid results a week later
- All jobs are quoted on a flat fee per project basis. Discounts applied based upon volume of work sent.
